<p>We decided to try something different today for breakfast and we're pleasantly surprised by the service, food and pricing at Galaxy Grill Pavilion. A massive plate of food for breakfast, at very affordable prices, and our waitron was friendly, on the ball and didn't pester or give us attitude as we have experienced recently at other restaurants. Will definitely be going back! </p>
<p>After sales service has been good, and despite a few hiccups with the new s****** all issues have been resolved timeously. </p>
<p>I published a review recently about the terrible attitude of staff at the Malvern, Queensburgh store and about them constantly being out of stock of Zinger strips, for months now, yet other stores have stock. I received an email a few days later saying the case had been resolved but I have not heard back from anyone about what is being done or any form of compensation or even an apology for terrible all round service! </p>
<p>My mom and sister bought me a pair of Volkano Bluetooth SD earphones, I think the impulse series, for Christmas. Upon taking them out to test and charge, I discovered that the sound in the one ear was significantly softer and that something was loose/broken inside that side earphone. My mom attempted to return it to the store where she bought it, expecting a new item or cash back. Instead she was treated terribly by the woman behind the counter, never given the option for a gift card or cash - just handed a gift card and told to go to gateway at they have stock. Using her own petrol she went to gateway only to be told they had not had stock since before Christmas!! They tried to contact the pavilion store from gateway for about an hour but to no avail, frustrated my mother then got back in the car and drove back to Pavilion to find out why she was given false information. They could not give a valid reason, and she was told there are more expensive ones at the Musgrave store. She then said she was not traveling to a third shopping centre as the petrol was costing more than the headphones. The manager then came out of the pavilion store room with a pair of the more expensive headphones, the seal was broken, and my mother was told to pay in an extra R100 then she could take the more expensive ones. Firstly I feel she should have gotten that r100 off for being chased around from store to store! And secondly, upon trying out the more expensive ones(M Stuff) at home, they were broken too!! I am utterly appalled by the customer service and the quality of the products! My Christmas present has now turned into a whenever someone has stock waiting game. </p>
<p>This hard drive is not even a year old and it had packed up, with All my stuff on! And after spending a good hour on the net I could not find a South Africa website, email address, phone number or even Facebook page! I am disgusted! My sister swore by Seagate saying they're the best and now I end up with this experience! Very unhappy! </p>
<p>We have tried on multiple occasions recently to purchase zinger strip meals from the KFC in Queensburgh, Kzn. Just to be told that there are none, today there was no soda fountain either. Why is the store not being stocked or having stuff ordered appropriately? And last time we bought a meal there was no soda fountain, so we were given a buddy bottle but then charged for a large meal! This is unacceptable, it's not our issue that they don't have soda fountain. Prices advertised should be the prices given! The woman behind the counter was also very rude and had an attitude of note! I doubt my family and I will be going back to KFC again! </p>
<p>I took out a cell c contract 2 years ago, and after a year the sim card packed up, I paid for a sim swap and much to my disgust I have just been informed that my sim card has packed up again after only 10 months. This is unacceptable that I have to replace my sim card twice in less than a year.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to see Cell C at the Bluff Towers and they were very unhelpful in even trying to solve the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel it is utterly unfair that as a paying contract customer I must pay nearly R200 every few months for new simcards when I have had both MTN and Vodacom simcards last me YEARS!!! And I know of someone else who has had the exact same issue twice, the first time they replaced the simcard at their cost, and more recently they made her pay for the simswap. This is a money making racket and I will not be dealing with Cell C again or recommending them to anyone unless this issue is resolved and NOT at my cost. I refuse to pay almost R400 a year on new sim cards when it is a 2 year contract.</p>
my contract expired approximately two months ago ,I have sent multiple email requests for termination, both before expiry day and after. I have even been to my local mtn where a migration form was filled in and still I receive nothing from them and the contract is still running and I had to pay at the end of last month for a contract I requested to be canceled and now I looks like I will have to pay this month again!! I no longer need their services a consultant by the name of Samu spoke to the gentleman at my local mtn when the form was submitted by me and gave me this reference 131860165 and I was emailed a copy of the form, but they continue to leave the contract running. I have also kept all email correspondence (as the call centre 808 hangs up on me EVERYTIME I call it) since May stating that the contract must be terminated upon maturity. I closed this account because I cannot afford to have It any longer, it has matured and isn't in my plans anymore but they keep on sending data forcing me to pay .I don't need this contract any more our agreement was only for 24 months I am fed up with the service. Will someone please get back to me! I wish to have it terminated & be refunded
