Poor Service and no feedbac****!!!

Hi,

so I placed my order on the 20th of January paid shipping fee for the delivery of my package, its now the 24th and I still have no response as to when it will arrive.

I phoned this morning and was told they will get back to me and find out where my parcel is. Here I am still waiting 6 hours later and no response. I tried calling as there business hours are from 09:30 to 16:00pm it goes straight to voice mail?

not the best experience by far as this is my first time ordering from them.
