Individual lash glu
They sent me a glue for individual lashes. The glue is not drying out. My clients are complaining with lashes falling out and the glue fumes after days of application. I have sent them an email with no response

<div>I ordered three D-curl lash tray’s from Lash Vegas. When they arrived I noticed that they were in actual fact C-Curl and not what I ordered. I sent an email asking how we can resolve this issue and I got a call from them saying that it was a clearance item and that their other products are high quality. On the site it still said high quality for the one I ordered. I then asked the lady if they can just give my money back as I already have C-curl in stock, then they can collect their products. She then started shouting at me and basically said that I am a cheap skate and that I force my clients to use d-curl only. It was very disrespectful and I will never ever order anything from them again thanks to this situation. I explained that it was my first time buying from them so I just wanted to try their products first before buying in bulk, but she kept on insulting me and my business (eventhough she has never even seen my work).</div>

Best Products and Customer Service. Highly Recommended
These days it's difficult to find good products, let alone good service. I highly recommend LASH Vegas if you are on the lookout for a professional experience.

Poor Service and no feedbac****!!!
Hi, so I placed my order on the 20th of January paid shipping fee for the delivery of my package, its now the 24th and I still have no response as to when it will arrive. I phoned this morning and was told they will get back to me and find out where my parcel is. Here I am still waiting 6 hours later and no response. I tried calling as there business hours are from 09:30 to 16:00pm it goes straight to voice mail? not the best experience by far as this is my first time ordering from them.
