Even though I canceled my policy, mr Dawid JV Rensburg assisted me with a great attitude and tried his best to give me the best options.
Worst dealership in the country! Bought a faulty vehicle at the centurion branch after communicating this multiple times before even buying. There were suspension issues and I was told it was fixed, only to find that they changed the oil!!? sent it back again only to find they tied the cv joints with cable tie. I then contacted the manager of the branch in centurion and asked to take the car back or I will get my lawyer involved and he said: “Get your lawyer involed!” terrible customer service from the guy that runs the place even. What a complete joke of a dealership! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They will only disappoint!

<div>I ordered three D-curl lash tray’s from Lash Vegas. When they arrived I noticed that they were in actual fact C-Curl and not what I ordered. I sent an email asking how we can resolve this issue and I got a call from them saying that it was a clearance item and that their other products are high quality. On the site it still said high quality for the one I ordered. I then asked the lady if they can just give my money back as I already have C-curl in stock, then they can collect their products. She then started shouting at me and basically said that I am a cheap skate and that I force my clients to use d-curl only. It was very disrespectful and I will never ever order anything from them again thanks to this situation. I explained that it was my first time buying from them so I just wanted to try their products first before buying in bulk, but she kept on insulting me and my business (eventhough she has never even seen my work).</div>
Good day Again, vodacom did not do their jobs. The amount went off as I explicitly asked for it not to. Vodacom now owes me R300 as it has been debited from my account twice now. I will be taking this to social media now. And I want to please cancel all my contracts with vodacom.
The phone keeps ringing!!!! I can never get through to anyone to log a dispute on missed payments on my credit score which is already paid up!!!! Useless company!
Worst Courier company in South Africa!! I sent a parcel at a Checkers store point 21/03/2022. 2 days later there is still no details on the online system about my parcel even though I received an SMS with the waybill number. I call the contact centre just for them to inform me that the parcel has not yet been picked up???? What a useless courier company, promised to be delivered within 2 business days but still not picked up on the 2nd day yet? I want my money back!!!! And I will NEVER EVER use Aramex courier services ever again!!!
I still don’t know if I have been accepted for this years study, I have sent emails, I’ve tried calling but NO ONE answers the phone on any number you call. What am I supposed to do? I have a case no: 22010NX04536 Unisa is actually pathetic.
I recently applied for a contract online. A lady by the name of Nompumelelo Khaba assited me and I explained that I have a cell c number that I want to port to vodacom with that contract, she told me that she would request a port and it takes 48 hours. 4 days later(2 emails later) I still have not received a response, I then send another email asking for someone else to assist me and she responds with “ Good day Please note that the port -was rejected .” And nothing else. Vodacom then advises me that no one has requested any port for that number from them. So she never requested it. I then asked her so what must I do with that information? Please tell me what I can do next(6 days later) and I still have not received any response. I went to the online live chat and explained and asked for assistance, but guess what. STILL NO RESPONSE. You guys just lost a client!
