<p>I booked golf for Reading on 12 Dec 2016, my online payment was unsuccesful twice so i called the call centre, a guy assisted me by putting my card thru manually, first time he said it was unsuccesful so he did it again. It went thru. When I put the phone down I was charged THREE times! I called them and was assisted but was told they only see two payments and the refund for the second payment will take 4 - 7 working days which is appalling and that I am still waiting 9days later. There has been a pending amount on my account(third payment) since 12 Dec as well, I called the bank and they said it's the merchant that needs to refund it. I just spoke to a lady and she found my third payment after i was told by two other people 9 days ago that it's not there and now again i must wait for the refund. I am extremely dissapointed in the poor service from lastminutegolf as I always book thru them but I don't think I will do it again as I dont have any trust in their system anymore after them costing me R1520 so far with no reason on why this happened.</p>
