LATCHING SOLUTIONS - ABR SERVICES (*******) !!!

DO NOT USE LATCHING SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD OR ABR SERVICES - THEY ARE **** ARTISTS AND ******* I called LATCHING SOLUTIONS on 02 January as I urgently needed someone to unlock 1 door for me in a complex and to provide keys for 2 additional locks - they sent a locksmith who proceeded to remove 4 perfectly good working locks before obtaining approval . He then said that he cannot provide keys, after removing them and had to install new ones. He damaged the rollers of the sliding gate in the process and has still not replaced the one lock that he removed - he insisted on full payment before he would install any of the locks. The name I received is Jaco and his number is 0765353947, and he is apparently based in the Pretoria area, the other contact number I have is 069 829 5520.

The owner of Latching Solutions promised that he will arrange to have the problem rectified and to date has not made good on his promises.
