Hyperli advertised 2 types of lucky "packets"....one for his and hers products including exclusive perfumes etc and the other for electronic goods including Apple products, tvs etc. Both these cost R667.00. I received both parts of the order and was really disgusted with the misleading advertising that they approved on their site. I received 2 items that probably cost R50 in total or less in the Chinese markets. The cost to deliver these items was more than the actual products..what a waste of time.
DO NOT USE LATCHING SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD OR ABR SERVICES - THEY ARE **** ARTISTS AND ******* I called LATCHING SOLUTIONS on 02 January as I urgently needed someone to unlock 1 door for me in a complex and to provide keys for 2 additional locks - they sent a locksmith who proceeded to remove 4 perfectly good working locks before obtaining approval . He then said that he cannot provide keys, after removing them and had to install new ones. He damaged the rollers of the sliding gate in the process and has still not replaced the one lock that he removed - he insisted on full payment before he would install any of the locks. The name I received is Jaco and his number is 0765353947, and he is apparently based in the Pretoria area, the other contact number I have is 069 829 5520. The owner of Latching Solutions promised that he will arrange to have the problem rectified and to date has not made good on his promises. DO NOT USE THEM - YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!! PLEASE
My phone was ****** on Friday and I logged a claim at Discovery. The claim was allocated to Claiire and she was extremely helpful with finalising the claim, even though there was a discrepancy with the model. This was sorted out and i was reimbursed for the correct phone.
Always receive good service from The Holiday Club. I have been a member since 1995. Any concerns are addresses promptly and all interactions with the call centre agents have been professional and courteous.
I wish all government departments operated as efficiently as the Waterfall RTMC, especially the Home Affairs department ( they should send their staff to them for training). All the staff from the security to the receptionist and officers that do the actual licence renewals are fantastic, efficient and polite. I was not in a great space today as I had lost my licence and had to get a replacement. I was amazed at how great the staff was. Keep up the good work.
Compeg has been fired as the managing agents of Carlswald Gate Body Corporate. We have not had financials for 3 years despite repeated requests - they do not provide the auditors with information. They continuously promised to provide data that was not forthcoming. They have not transferred monies over to the new managing agent and we believe and that money is missing from our account but cannot prove it unless the financials are done. We reported them to CSOS - who did not find in our favour, even though all we wanted was for them to force Compeg to finalise our financials - how this happened is questionable as the Advocate in charge said that they did not respond to his requests for information !!!
They collected parts of our washing machine on Monday 23 August promising to fix and return it by the evening. Despite promises to come back and install the repaired motherboard it has still not been done. We threatened to go to the police and they said that we can if we want to. Eventually they agreed to return it if we paid the call out fee which we did. Again promises of delivering it within 1 hour did not materialize. They are con artists and are definitely not to be trusted. We will be lodging a case against them. DO NOT TRUST THEM
