Poor service and food only possibly children might have prepared better

Visited Lattelicious on the 3rd of September 2019 at around 12:30, opted for coffee and a sandwich and ended up very disappointed.

The word sandwich should mean non toasted, however what we received was half toasted sandwiches which had chunks of cheese, some pesto which had no seasoning and tomato which was ice cold and the chips were ice cold too.

Service was poor, food was nothing to write home about and presentation of food looked like a child had plated the food.

We were not impressed and feel that we will not return as we were not even made to feel welcome.service was poor and not even the manager checked to see if we were happy or if there was a problem.
