Good day I took a chance ordering from Flame this evening as I was in the mood for a burger, however, what I received was very disappointing. The burgers: a bacon and cheese, blondie and a Hawaiian burger.. The order received had a cheese burger but no bacon, the buns were soggy to the point that I had to eat each layer of the burger individually, which is not ideal when you are wanting to eat a burger. The chips weren't anything to write home about either... oily, partially cooked and and no flavor. so when I called to speak to the manager about the situation, he wanted to send the delivery guy back with R7... or charge me for the cheese burger that was in my hand instead of sending me the correct order without causing an argument... I did get my bacon and cheese burger though and sent the cheese burger back, but it was flavorless, the bacon was there but it didn't seem like and it just fell apart. The Hawaiian burger fell apart too and was very bland. The blondie burger was cold and fell apart to I'm not satisfied with the food or the service I received today as we have been supporting your establishment since it opened and the quality of food has become very dissatisfying. The standard has dropped from a first class store to mediocre and is not worth recommending to family and friends. If I had to rate your store after the food I received, I wouldn't even give it a 0 out of 5 A response would be greatly appreciated Regards Jennifer
Its a pity that the lowest rating on this site is a 1 star because some restaurants / coffee shops don't even deserve a rating Lattelicious at Karaglen is one of the places that don't deserve a rating or any time of day from me... 1) The staff are moping around like the world owes them something... 2) Their food is not much to write home about, especially when ordering crepes with nutella, the crepes come to the table cold and slightly burnt, which doesn't allow the nutella to spread easily. 3) The glasses given for drinks aren't checked thoroughly before being taken to the table as we had 2 glasses with chipped edges 4) When requesting the bill you wait a long time 5) Even if a promise is made that drinks would be taken off, they seem to forget and sent the bill. When calling the manager to sort out the bill it still took a while and it doesn't seem as though they care if customers are there or not but all they need to think of is : A) without customers the shop may as well close B) customer complaints help the business grow, and help to find the problems, without the complaints the restaurants and coffee shops may as well function with no feedback but can turn people away just as easily We dread going to another branch of lattelicious for fear of the same type of service or food quality being served to us... Not planning on returning anytime soon as 2 years ago we had a similar incident... i guess quality just doesn't improve as time goes by... even a promise cant improve services of food quality
Its such a pity that one star is the lowest review... When I enter an establishment involving food or coffee, I would hope to leave with a smile on my face and good food in my stomach. However there are many situations at this place that should be looked at... 1) The Moping staff, I understand we all going through things but a smile and a loud voice when speaking to people is a good idea to have, a shy person needs to learn to speak up. 2) repeating orders is a good thing to consider, but never change an order unless you can convince the person it will be better than what was originally ordered 3) Attention to detail is a key factor in restaurants.. clean cutlery, chip free plate and glasses or cups 4) Requesting a manager or bill should be done as soon as possible... customers might be in a hurry We visited the Karaglen branch last year for the first time and very very disappointed. We then decided to give it another try and to be honest I regret going there. The staff were moping around like they had the world on their shoulders, the waitress spoke so softly that we didn't even know her name of that she was serving us, she then didn't seem to know her menu too well as i requested just nutella crepes and im sure she thought i said banana and Nutella.... if you going to upsell then convince me that its the better option, not just assume its the one I want We then received our drinks and of the four glasses that were at the table only two were able to be drunk out of, as the other two we chipped beyond help that we could have swallowed glass and would never have known. The food arrives and the crepes were cold, and the nutella didn't spread easily the toasted sandwiches weren't too impressive either when requesting the manager it took forever and were promised the world and that the drinks would be taken off the bill however if i didnt check we would have paid full price for things that were promised to be removed. we then gave both the manager and waitress advice but it doesn't look like im going to visit Lattelicious in the near future even of the manager has promised that she would take care of us the next time..
This place is situated at the flamingo shopping centre. Worst service ever experienced, took 20 min for 3 glasses of water, 1 sprite zero and 1 passion fruit and soda..... 20 min and the 2 waiters were running around like headless chickens We got up asked for the manager and got stared at so we got up and left
Really good food, service was good too, will definitely visit them again,
Not very Impressed with the experience we had at milky lane on the 14 September 2019. We decided to go to milky lane for an ice cream or to try something new and were let down at every turn. First we tried to order Fanta zero, only to be told they were out of stock but they had coke zero buddy only in the "sugar free drinks". Then we tried to order the new Parfaits available on the menu, only to be let down a second time with another excuse of " oh, sorry we don't have the vanilla sponge for those desserts" By this time we are not happy and decide to order the cookie dough waffles with ice cream, but unless you have razor blade teeth or a very sharp steak knife and used your whole body strength to cut through the cookie waffle there was no way of eating them...we did eat them but didn't enjoy them, and no apology was given for the quality of the product given. Which makes this another let down. Then we get the bill and check to see what all was on the bill to see that the buddy coke was charged at a different price to what is stated in the menu... the menus don't even star can or bottle prices they just have a price for sugar and no sugar drinks This is a really big let down for us as we used to like the milky lane ice cream but unfortunately being let down 4 times in one evening or even the space of 30 min is very disappointing.
Visited Lattelicious on the 3rd of September 2019 at around 12:30, opted for coffee and a sandwich and ended up very disappointed. The word sandwich should mean non toasted, however what we received was half toasted sandwiches which had chunks of cheese, some pesto which had no seasoning and tomato which was ice cold and the chips were ice cold too. Service was poor, food was nothing to write home about and presentation of food looked like a child had plated the food. We were not impressed and feel that we will not return as we were not even made to feel welcome.service was poor and not even the manager checked to see if we were happy or if there was a problem.
Not very impressed with this store of Pizza Perfect (Kempton Gate). We have been ordering from this branch for about 20 years (since they opened) We decided to order Pizza for lunch and my word the Pizza we got were not what we expected. The oven wasn't hot enough to cook the pizza which lead to this disaster. My Dad ordered the Mystic, Mom ordered the pepperoni and i ordered the Caprese... well its a pizza i would suggest that shouldn't be ordered until the figure out the liquid content on the pizza. they had to make 3 pizzas and its still full of liquid from the ingredients used. The first of the caprese pizza didn't make it to the oven correctly as it apparently broke, the second one ended up not being cut correctly and being stuck to the box... if i really want to eat cardboard i would buy cardboard and eat it. the third on was fair. It is not the type of pizza i would order again ( mushrooms - i think i found 3 or 4 pieces, thick slices of tomato, olives and cheese) far too much liquid not enough pizza to contain the liquid, the bases were so soft that the topping almost slide straight off and could barely be held in the hands.... I like to pick a piece of pizza up and not sc**** it with a knife and fork. Not looking to get Pizza from Pizza perfect again until they sort out their state of their pizzas
Found a good deal with this company for their tyvek wristbands and was promised a delivery within the two days of the week as i desperately needed to get the wristbands by the Friday however there was a bit of a snag when i only contacted the company on the Tuesday and said that i required a quote for these bands urgently as the function was on the Saturday. The problem was not the service i received, it was the open ended promise that they can deliver in two days provided i payed for the package by 3pm on the Wednesday, which i made sure payment was made and tried to send the proof of payment to them as soon as i could before 3pm so he could send it to to me literally the next day, however, when i contacted the company the person i spoke to said that because i sent the proof of payment after three , he could only get it to the Postnet the next morning and would hopefully get to me by the Friday. He then commented and said if i had of sent the payment by 2pm it would have got to the postnet on the Wednesday it definitely would have been by me on the Thursday latest Friday, but he originally spoke to me just after 2pm about the quote that took forever to be sent I then tried to contact the Postnet to find out when the package would be delivered and when the communication would be sent to me as it was URGENT!! I at first didnt get the tracking number until late in the afternoon on the Thursday. I was not very happy as I was worried the package wouldnt get to me in time and get frustrated and i had requested the waybill number to track the parcel,only to get an excuse that he was not at the office the whole day and couldnt get a hold of me, however on my email were two cell numbers he could of called and he had my home number. I then had to call multiple Postnet Branches and eventually found someone that could help me. I then spoke to the person at the company and had a few choice words with him as i was not happy at all, he promised me though that if the package didnt arrive at my Postnet by 12 on the Friday, he would personally deliver the package to my house and collect the ones from the post office, he also offered to give my money back but that would not have solved the issue i had. I did eventually receive the package at 11 am on the Friday, however i did request blue or green and ended up with purple, but i did get them in the end and they were accepted by the people organising the function on that weekend
Went to this restaurant this evening (15th October 2018) to Celebrate my moms birthday, I booked the table for 7:30pm and we decided to have their pizza and pasta special. We never got the option of having starters or were offered starters, so we decided to go straight for the main meal. The lasagna came and we still had to wait more than 5 minutes before the manager came to let us know that the pizzas were going to be a few minutes due to an issue in the kitchen and they appologised, we waited a further 5 - 10 minutes before the pizzas arrived. in this time the lasagna could have gone cold. We then ended the meal and were waiting for the waiter to return to offer us coffee or dessert, my mom was given her ice-cream to celebrate her birthday, and a few minutes later we wanted to order dessert and coffee to end off the meal, next minute the waiter says to us he will check if the kitchen is still open and and then we can order. We then get told the kitchen is Closed and nothing more can be ordered and weren't even given the option of ordering coffee. This started off as a good evening and ended off in a bit of a disaster as the waiter made the dessert option not possible because we did not know when the kitchen would be closed and were not given a heads up that it would be closing soon, therefore it ended kind of badly and very disappointed as this was my second time I have eaten there. If this is what the service is like when the restaurant is almost closed and dessert is not an option then I'm not sure if i would want to return, dessert is optional but if a patron orders it and the kitchen is closed I'm sure the waiter can make a plan by speaking to the manager and possibly organising a take away instead
