Highly disappointed

I have a complaint regarding an order I placed about two weeks ago with Romans Pizza Laudium Branch.

It was an order for delivery. First of all Romans Laudium has my profile and my order contact details for many years. I am a regular customer. In the evening I waited for our delivery to arrive, I went to our residence entrance gate 3 times to receive our order from the driver. I waited over an hour for the order, It seems the driver went to the wrong delivery address... I received a call from the store that the driver was outside, when I went back to the Gate there was no driver. They called me on my son's cell number which is not a number registered on my Romans profile. They should call me on my number the number they request each time an order is placed. Then they told me the driver is back at the store and that They will charge me for double delivery. I refused since they had my registered phone number and I was at the gate three times and no driver was there. This is the worst customer service ever. It is a slap in my face for all the years I supported this store.

Now when I'm calling the store to place an order it seems as though they blocked my number. I have been calling the store for a few days in a row. It says '' The subscriber number is currently busy'' and this message I hear each time I call. Could you get this email to the store manager. The fault of the previous order is on their side. Not mine.
