Worst Shopping Experience!

This is by far the worst shopping experience I have had! From the lack of communication (complete silence/no response to messages, their listed contact number belongs to someone else), to receiving an incorrect order and then having a back and forth with them for about a month to get the wrong order collected from me and the right one delivered. I received the incorrect order on 9 March 2023 and immediately advised them that it was not what I ordered. It is now 2 May 2023 and the headboard has not been picked up, it is still wrapped and waiting. I also have not received my correct order! They offered me a voucher to place a new order and a gift for the inconvenience. All of that has meant nothing because more than a month later I am still chasing after them to please come collect the wrong headboard and just send me the one I ordered. I just want my order so I can stop interacting with this store. Please dont be fooled by the nice images of furniture on their website or the few reviews of individuals who have received good service. Don't shop at Lavish Nest. Rather be safe than sorry!
