Horrid quality DO NOT BUY!!
I bought a couch which at first sight seemed the best couch I’ve ever purchased. Little less than 4 months later there are wires protruding from the inside making it impossible to sit on. I tried to to send an email to Lavish Nest requesting that they fix the couch or exchange. They didn’t bother to respond. Terrible customer service and Terrible workmanship on their goods.

Bad service to say the least.......
Don't waste your money and time. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. The first time they delivered furniture that was nothing close to what I ordered. I managed to return it after a very tedious process. They refused to refund me. I was Forced to order again as I was only given a credit. I was promised my order a month ago. To date, my emails go unanswered. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone. And I'm still waiting..... I wish I had never dealt with them from the get go. Save yourself the hassle.

Bad service to say the least.......
Don't waste your money and time. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. The first time they delivered furniture that was nothing close to what I ordered. Horrible quality furniture by Lavish Nest!
Save your money, do not waste your it on this business, I ordered a bed which did not meet my expectations, it was a low quality bed frame with parts that do not correlate, their delivery guys are also a ****, they claimed they couldn’t find my place and to please send them data so they can GPS only for them to not pitch up, I’ve wasted airtime contacting them. There is also no direct line to call the store, email communications is also practically impossible because you have to get LayUp to contact them in order for them to respond

BEWARE!!!!
Ordered and paid for 2 items. Have been waiting weeks . Received an email 3 weeks ago saying goods have been shipped and can be tracked on their website. No tracking on their site exists Neither do they reply to emails Neither do they have a phone number that you can call them…… Neither do they have a contactable physical address Get the picture picture? BEWARE AND AVOID

Worst Shopping Experience!
This is by far the worst shopping experience I have had! From the lack of communication (complete silence/no response to messages, their listed contact number belongs to someone else), to receiving an incorrect order and then having a back and forth with them for about a month to get the wrong order collected from me and the right one delivered. I received the incorrect order on 9 March 2023 and immediately advised them that it was not what I ordered. It is now 2 May 2023 and the headboard has not been picked up, it is still wrapped and waiting. I also have not received my correct order! They offered me a voucher to place a new order and a gift for the inconvenience. All of that has meant nothing because more than a month later I am still chasing after them to please come collect the wrong headboard and just send me the one I ordered. I just want my order so I can stop interacting with this store. Please dont be fooled by the nice images of furniture on their website or the few reviews of individuals who have received good service. Don't shop at Lavish Nest. Rather be safe than sorry!

Terrible
Terrible service and communication on their end, I had to run after them for weeks for my order and only when I pestered them for my refund they decided to deliver. And when they did, it was of poor quality. I still want my refund
