I received a call from Zanele Patience Hlatswayo who blatantly **** to me- she advised me that my repayment will be reduced from R499 to R199. I asked her how long will I be paying for this payment she advise until I cancel- to my surprise Zanele created a 24 month *****ulent contract for me . Zanele is a ****mer who is putting clients on contacts without their permission.
This havent received feedback, Cartrack doesn’t care about customers!
Please reimburse me my R135 that the bank charged me because you debited my account on 13th December instead of 14th December as agreed. I requested that you debit on the 14th because I was well aware that I would have funds available, instead you debit me on the date I had insufficient funds. And the bank charged me as a result, this level of not taking clients requests seriously is unacceptable and terrible customer service. In this economy every single cent counts and I cannot be held accountable and penalised for Cartrack’s mischievous behaviour!
If I could put zero stars I would. It’s more than one year now since I advised Stadio to register the Bcom Law degree with FSCA. I have sent countless emails following up on the matter and they are just silent. Even the head of school of Law at Stadio is aware of this issue and how it is negatively impacting my career prospects yet they do not seem to care. It was a mistake enrolling at an institution like this and I urge to not fall victim for this mismanaged institution. Stay away from Stadio if you want a FSCA recognised degree you will never get financial advisory within the financial sector what a waste. There is an email where the head of department mentioned “ Many students do the BCom: Law degree and have no interest in doing anything where FSCA recognition is a requirement after attaining the degree.” I would like to see the survey or research conducted to reach this dubious conclusion. It is a mind boggling statement because a Bcom Law degree from other institutions is very much on the FSCA list. I am really sickened to the core and loosing opportunities.
I have an issue where a payment was made for an order using PayJustNow but my order did not go through on the website. All I want is either for the order to be cancelled so I can order again or to for the order to be processed and be provided with the confirmation. But to my dismay I contacted Selsi on 0116745114 on two times the receptionist provided me with email addresses: online@selsi.co.za & reception@selsi.co.za to send my query to but the emails are not going through. Please Selsi I need this matter sorted today either by giving me my money back or confirmation of the order this is simply unacceptable. This is really simple and straight foward.
I am at completely shocked by the lack of response from Stadio. Mind you I wrote them last year and never received any feedback. I am contemplating if I must take my matter up with the Court perhaps only then they will act and understand the seriousness and the urgency of this matter. But it is a straight forward issue that any institution can solve overnight but Stadio simply chooses to ignore. Graduating with a BCom Law degree was one of the most important milestones in my life. And I even went further to apply for Bachelor of Laws which I am busy with at the moment and I must say Stadio is one of the great distance learning there is or so I thought- It is all smokes and mirrors. They simply disregarded this matter and needless to say other graduates with a similar qualification are also negatively impacted. Regarding my recent qualification (BCom Law degree) to my surprise and dismay, I have just discovered that my NQF7 qualification is not FSCA approved, when going through the list I have noticed that other qualifications such as BBA under SBS are included but not the Bcom law. I truly think SBS being acquired by Stadio was simply a bad idea. It was much easier to get help with SBS. Currently I am disadvantaged and hindered from applying for certain roles that require compliance with FAIS regulations because of the qualification not being listed. Can Stadio please assist with making the appropriate application with FSCA so that the qualifcation like mine (NQF7- BCom Law) can also be recognized so that I can be able to further my career within the banking/financial industry in the context of certain jobs that require FAIS. I can even provide the form that needs to be completed which I found on the FSCA website that Stadio must complete I took the initiative to find this form in case it is too much trouble for Stadio. If I could register this qualification myself, I would but unfortunately only Stadio can do it. I need a resolution today - I need to know if the application has been done my life is really on the line as a FSCA approved qualification is mandatory for to get promoted at work.

I bought a couch which at first sight seemed the best couch I’ve ever purchased. Little less than 4 months later there are wires protruding from the inside making it impossible to sit on. I tried to to send an email to Lavish Nest requesting that they fix the couch or exchange. They didn’t bother to respond. Terrible customer service and Terrible workmanship on their goods.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE PURCHASE CANCELLED!! On Thursday 20 April 2023 I tried to make a purchase at Edgars Mall of Africa ( for fenty beauty cleaner) the funds went off my card and also the transaction was successful as per PayJustNow app I got the confirmation and the transaction also shows on the app that a purchase was made. However Edgars Mall of Africa insisted that the transaction was unsuccessful because that what it says on their end; they further went to say that the funds would return back to my bank account after a few minutes but this just as I thought never materialised because how would the funds return back if there’s a confirmation from PayJustNow that they have received the funds? So I would like the funds returned to me please as soon as possible and the transaction must be cancelled to prevent the future two payments from occurring. PayJustNow advised that they cannot assist me but Edgars must contact them to cancel as well as refund. Itumeleng who is an employee at Mall of Africa Edgars said this will be sorted within hours but there wasn’t any truth in this as my money has not been returned and the purchase is still actively on PayJustNow waiting for the 20th May payment… BUT FOR GOODS THAT I WERE NEVER PROVIDED TO ME ??
So I paid an EFT payment for my monthly payments . But I am receiving emails that I didn’t pay. I have sent emails with proof of payment but I am still being informed that I didn’t pay. What is really going on? I used to brag about Cartrack but I think I will be getting my tracker from elsewhere.
