I have been struggling to get a refund, for 3 Years. Bought 5 blankets. Upon delivery courier threw huge rocks on the roof, while I was talking to them. Got told that's women like me get ****d. They left with the blankets. I immediately called Sesli. They tried to get me to sign a return order, claiming blankets are with me. When I called them out, they ckaimed not to know who the drivers was that day. Sesli basically "stole" just over R2000 from me. Bunch of ******. Up until today, they refuse to refund my money.

I have an issue where a payment was made for an order using PayJustNow but my order did not go through on the website. All I want is either for the order to be cancelled so I can order again or to for the order to be processed and be provided with the confirmation. But to my dismay I contacted Selsi on 0116745114 on two times the receptionist provided me with email addresses: online@selsi.co.za & reception@selsi.co.za to send my query to but the emails are not going through. Please Selsi I need this matter sorted today either by giving me my money back or confirmation of the order this is simply unacceptable. This is really simple and straight foward.

Worst service. Placed an order on 31 July only received an an invoice, no order updates, when calling them they promise a call back to date. Bought a blue mink for my baby as I am currently pregnant amd in hospital.

I placed an order with Sesli on 01/09/2022, To date, I have not received the order. This is the worst service I have ever experienced buying online. Poor communication and lack of accountability is causing so much distress!!!
