My policy was up for review and I called MiWay. I was transferred today Kamogelo Sebesho. The level of service agent at MiWay is top notch and Kamogelo took it a notch higher. I can confirm that I am still happy to be a MiWay client.
I called MiWay because my toilet was blocked. They send someone to fix and later gave me a courtesy call to check on me and the progress. MiWay has never let me down hence my many years of loyalty to them and looking forward to many more
Very short turnaround times when you have issues with your wifi. Very patient as I am not technical but they were able to guide me step by step
Bought a blanket on Monday by Friday delivery was made.great customer service and fast delivery time. The quality of their blankets is top notch
Ordered two blankets for my kids on the 26th June. Delivery only came through on the 7th of July. Their customer service is terrible, they too were unable to tell me when to expect delivery. Their website not updated either.
I ordered a sticker water bottle and small flask. I didn't expect delivery time to be so fast. The products were in good quality as well. The price was cheaper than most retailers
I have been through a lot with the repairs of my car and All Star Auto were a rainbow. Long story short, my insurance had approved another panelbeater and they closed down and my car had to be taken to All Star Auto at short notice and my life changed for the best. Jeanette my guardian angel kept me informed every second day on the progress of the repair, which was something I never got from the previous panelbeater. They had so much work but because of my ordeal they prioritized my car for the repairs to happen within the shortest possible time without compromising quality. I got my car yesterday, to say they have exceeded all expectation would really be mild. Thank you so much to the team at All Star Auto, may your cups over flow. GOD bless you 😊😉
Don't waste your time and money. Scammer and they keep getting away with it because people don't read reviews before payment. I will i did, the attitude is the worst
I was happy with my call to Miway this morning. I called them to review my premiums and Anathi was so excellent and very patient with me. We went through the details and I was able to save on my premiums, my access( By the way, this was not the reason for my call). She really went beyond my expectations. I am a happy Miway and have been with them for over 10 years and I am staying. Thanks to Anathi
