No delivery
Worst service. Placed an order on 31 July only received an an invoice, no order updates, when calling them they promise a call back to date. Bought a blue mink for my baby as I am currently pregnant amd in hospital.

No Authorization for Birthing for a high risk pregnancy patient.
The medical aid doesn't want to give you authorization in writing, they provided me with auth no: 002938621 but cannot give me something in writing. I am a hugh risk pregnancy patient with diabetes. I cannot book a bed because I cannot have paper work. Is the scheme saying I should give birth in public hospital if it happens I go into early labour or complications? I might give birth in August because I am having a big baby but my medical doesn't care.

Bad customer service
Made an online order & mistakenly selected steers Bergbron , later called them and advised I incorrectly selected their store and need to cancel order .I spoke to Lucky Mncube who advised the reversal will be processed. Today i called the store n a lady answered when i asked to speak to Lucky n overhead him saying the lady should tell me he is busy . i held on the phone for 3 mins then hung up, now i cant call the store anymore not sure if my number was blocked but .... Scamers selling fake shoes!
Day light robber and scammers, do not buy from them! Since 14th June, i am being Blue ticked no shoes no refund nothing. My money is gone😭😭😭😭😭 Do not waste your time and money with these robbers. They sell fake shoes and they scamers!

Worst online shop.
Ordered 2 sneakers on the 14th June n received only 1 sneaker on the 24th. When i text or call their number no one cares to respond 😭😭😭 Bad customer service. If u can't deliver i want my money back.

Parcel not delivered after 10 days.
Have been waiting for my order since 30th June. Everytime I call I am told it is coming tomorrow. Apparently their navigator can't locate my address ?. I always buy online and never has this problem. DJ0000282246

Navigator can't pick up my address.

The Scheme waiting for the cancer to come back. Bad service ever!
I am due for Radiation from the 31st May 2021, my Dr is given a run around, they have all my medical history. My health is at risk and they us taking their time trying to find a loop whole. Their member's health is least of their problems. I guess they waiting for the cancer to come back.

Payment Demand NO Service
Mathemagics is demading me to pay but they not giving service. Mathemagics cannot manage their own program. Why should I pay when am not getting service? My daughter is in grade 3 but their It loaded high school syllabus on my daughter laptop and struggling to load grade 3 sylabus so I would like to know what is it that is should pay for ?
