Do not rent at San ridge heights apartments, under CSI management, they don't maintain and fix anything and just sells yoi lies, I have a tap broken in my kitchen , after having issues for months with a kitchen leaking water from the unit above, now I am told to buy myself a new tap, I didn't break any tap, we were just opening it and it broke, how is that my fault, and why should I be buying taps when I am renting, the so called Bianca just closes calls without even calling to see or hear about the issue, Trust me Central development is much better? Not this *********** company. I am stuck with a kitchen that leaks water everywhere.

DON'T ever buy a ground floor flat at sanridge heights, more especially ground floor It's been day 3 staying in a flat that has water everywhere,the lights are not working and I am in the dark, the stove light went off, we walk in water and I have a 5 year old I logged a call and was never attended to, I was told the maintenance guy is working alone and is buys, whose fault is that? That time the rent is increased by 700, This is Sunday trying to tell the maintenance lady. After I logged a call in time, after seeing the mess in the flat and the possibility of the water damaging kitchen cupboards ,she arrogantly tells me that that the office is closed, why couldn't they assist a day before?? The airbreather was an bathroom taps were fixed 4 times which I have on record, the air breather is still hanging again. MONEY FOR WHAT, THE GARDEN LOOKING LIKE A MESS
What a horrible experience, its the 04th of the month, and I have never received my order till this day, whereas the sales person said it takes 3 days to deliver, which we made on the 28th of last month, called in few times to kindly get an update, begged the manager Bongie to give me an update but didn't care to, The sales person called Siphokazi promised us to give us a vase as a token of appreciation for our purchase, is now ignoring me, they make commitments to give updates but you will never receive them, doesn't care about out customers, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A POOR SERVICE IN MY LIFE, SALES PERSON AND THE MANAGER.....

I am billed and instructed to pay for the services, I never received, I made an order, cancelled it a day after for a better service provider, I never received anything from them, and i am expected to pay for nothing, this is insane and it is a *****, what am i being charged for?
I bought clothes at edgar's using this app, money went out of my account, and the app says payment successfully received, however "apparently it doesn't reflect on the store(Edgar's Mall of Africa), the held on to the goods saying payment didn't come through from payjustnow, I need either my goods or money, This is just an in inconvenience for me, i couldn't have went o other shops and bought from them, I sent couple of emails to payjustnow to get assistance,no response,the stupid chat now option on the app doesn't assist, the telephone line,nobody answered,tell me what to do now,as you received my money and i don't have the goods with me.
I bought clothes using payjust now,money went out of my account and the payjust now app shows payment paid successfully however the store refused to give me the merchandise because "apparently the store didn't receive the money,i spoke to 4 people including the manager who showed me the response from payjustnow saying every has been processed and they need to release the goods,the manager still didn't release and had the guts to tell me that they will see what the can do 5days later, I want my goods or atleast money as this is just an inconvenience for me,i travelled far to go twice to the mall for this,the always promise to call me back and update,no one has ever called me
I bought savannas which tasted weird and off,secondly i bought the ITAL PiZZAs minis, which were delivered rotten, i try to talk to them about how i feel,i was told about manager approving ,I want my money,This company doesn't care about your health,They sell rotten things,and i was told if something is on sale chances are they are about to expire,Which is a message they don't communicate in the app to costumers,I beg you,Don't buy from this people as they are inconsiderate,i sent pictures trying to be civil wanting my money back.I want my money
