The law society should have adviced its lwayer member to represent clients under a system where the presiding officer is the role player not prosecution and defence!Currently,our judicial system is pitted against the defendant meaning that lawyers lie that they will fight for acquittal and that in cases of guilty-plea telling clients they will fight for suspended sentence but when they get to the dock they lie that the defendant pleaded guilty and not tell the court that its because they want out of trial!
