The law society should have adviced its lwayer member to represent clients under a system where the presiding officer is the role player not prosecution and defence!Currently,our judicial system is pitted against the defendant meaning that lawyers lie that they will fight for acquittal and that in cases of guilty-plea telling clients they will fight for suspended sentence but when they get to the dock they lie that the defendant pleaded guilty and not tell the court that its because they want out of trial!

POOR RESPONSE FROM LAW SOCIETY
I can't believe that people don't respond when you leave messages and send emails. We have been busy with complaints against lawyers since 2016. We eventually had a meeting with the committee members on 30th October 2018 an it is now 2020 and we are still waiting for an answer. Every time I make contact with them the PA is either on leave or off sick. If they do answer their response is we will revert back to you. When I leave messages for the more senior people I don't even get a response. I actually wonder if they are there to assist the public or is this just window dressing?

the worst experience ever, in Pretoria I had to deal with a Miss M Mabudusha who has been ignoring my calls despite having a reference number. When I call she speaks in a foreign language and drops my calls.

Krishni Pillay removed as an attorney
Good day The reason for the 3 star rating is that I am thankful that they removed (through Pretoria High Court) Krishni Pillay as an attorney. I am not impressed that they took long to do the inventory of all the files.
