Lawnpro really doesn't give a damn about service, only the next big job.

Absolutely shocking customer service and follow up. I spent 20k on new lawn to be installed with the focus being on the shade grass section of the house. The installers where almost impossible to get a hold off. They never came back to check how the install went and the shade grass is totally dead. I have had to call in another service to ask for help to fix the issue. They simply do not care about maintaining the relationships they have with customers. the advise that was given to me was that I should have called and they were happy to come our for another 2k. Do the job properly. Follow up on your work and create relationships with clients. they did none of the above. Shocking, shocking and shocking. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason other then someone that is actually looking to be let down by a service provider
