Very bad attitude

So this lady Elonese from Nicol Davis and associates calls me today and said that she called me in July requesting me to pay an account, she says I got a what's app and I never responded to anything, the number she gave me first was completely different from my number then she said she has confirmation that I read this message yet my what's app is on private but she is telling me this in a very bad attitude and scoffing at me like I was lying. After telling her I can't afford to do any payments now she tells me that she is done giving me leaway on this because it is over due. How can anything be overdue when I never heard from this company before. This woman clearly is very rude and has no regard for anyone that does not do anything she wants. She is extremely rude and that is just unacceptable being a client in this difficult time we find ourselves
