So I am complaint with pick n pay then no one got back to me. Got on hellonpeter platform they sent a message to say the call is closed and if I am happy with it. Till to date j was not reimbursed for my 2 x colgates that was not packed
I placed an order with Pick n pay last week. I order 4 x Colgates, I received 2 I reported the incident immediately till date no one has contacted me no one has refunded me. I feel that because they know this is a service we have to use they don't bother to reimburse there clients or even have the decency to get back to us. This is my money of I owed them they would take there money from my account
Hi would like to lay a complaint against Luncky Ndaba from Cell C. Who contacted me on Friday made me pay R5600 from my account as a loyalty customer winner no 3 for R7500 woolworths voucher and a new Samsung double door fridge. He then said I won a new Kia and when I tried to redeem my vouchers the stores does not know about it. He even made a vodom number contact me I. Regards to the car and had to pay another R280 and R20 vodacom voucher for him and I have nothing no woolworths voucher no fridge and no new car I have all his details if that is even true
Every month without fail I report the terrible service from this place and vumatel Everyday without fail from 18;00pm we have no internet connection and the movies we watch buffers all the time. I logged a case on Sunday evening no response sent another email today for them.to tell my my cable isnover heating can you imagine so every night after 18:00pm the canlenisnover heating. This service provider is pathetic and unfortunately if there was another service provider I would leave them without even nla blink of my eye They are ****s and all they do is take money every month

So after me complaining on this platform, vuma feels that they don't give a damn regarding me as a customer and they couldn't care less about responding or sorting out my issue. What can you expect from a pathetic service provider like them I have paid for Internet for this month and it has been more than 11 days with no service at all do you think vuma cares hell no they got there money and couldn't care less about sorting out my issue. All these useless people must do is cancel 1 line but they are too *********** to even do that. Well done vumatel
So if vumatel can just get money for no service delivery they don't give a damn. I paid for a service on the 29th of May. My Internet was off from the 29th and only got restored on the 4th. Now today again my service is off and they cancelled my service but I paid in advance for this month. They are the worst fibre provider I have ever come across and yet you can get hold of no one but when they want your money everyone is available. They are definitely *****ing from their so called clients and feel no remorse at all. The people employed at vumatel are just as terrible as the service they give. They are just common *******
Your service is pathetic. I paid my account on the 29th and my Internet has been off since the 29th. Then you pass the buck constantly between vuma and fly cool When I delay with a payment you cut my service but now I am on the 6th day with no damn internet connection. And no one can assist with anything. You have no sense of customer service or urgency to anything you are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.
So this disgrace of a company has no people to speak to but can take your money for a service that they cannot deliver. I don't have Internet access for the last 6 days and these ******* keep on telling me a technician will come and sort this out. 6 days I paid for a service that I am not getting, on their live chat and what's app you speak to a computer that cannot help you at all
So after being a loyal customer for more than 10 years and paying my cellphone everymonth Today cell C feels they can not upgrade my account. This after having 4 contracts, but wait the best part is me being a loyal customer means nothing I could not pay an account in covid because my husband lost his job but I have made payment arrangements for this account cell C approves a cell phone upgrade for my husband and 2 months later declines me for the very same account that I have been paying off for the last 3 years. Cell C is the most pathetic service provider I have come across if I neglected to pay them by all means decline me but your payment was done every month even when their consultant done the worse to me THANK YOU CELL C YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST
