Lax Energy Solar System

I had my solar installed by Lax Energy, great, a few electrical issues which took months to resolve as they are busy and paid electrian to assist Lax Energy. System working well. I ordered a extra battery in December 2022 and paid fully as per Triston request, today 6 the June 2023 have not received it although the battery is in their position as advised on the 21st May by Tristan Goetz. Tristan advised installation from the week ending 26th May 2023, He then rescheduled as he was busy and can they install Saturday, 27th May 2023. Then again rescheduled for the following week. It seems they did my installation which was around R300k. To finish it off, I'm ignored as other customer are more important. I have called and WhatsApp Tristan a few times but n reply and do not read the WhatsApp's. Is there after service any good once they have installed????
