Dominator keepy krauly pool cleaner
The Keeept Krauly Dominator works well fir a year then the wheels don't swivel and it stays in one place all the time. Gear lock. Despite taking back to The Pool Shop and they say nothing wrong during warranty. Paid for two gear charges. Keeps doing this and no solution, keep to the old style pool cleaners cheaper and less frustrating

Caring for the pet and efficiency beyond duty
I joined OUTsurance Pet care for my Basset Hound. Notice he only had one testicle. Called OUTsurance and they advised it's better to have the testicles removed as it can cause cancer. Made an appointed at the local Venenary clinic and operation was successful. From asking questions and then submitting my claim, I was refunded my money in 3 days, less the co-payment based on my plan I took out. The OUTsurance consultant, Ovayo Mayiya was exceptional from the start to finalizing my claim and the constant follow up daily was amazing advising me where in the process is my claim. Ovayo advised that should a complication arise from the operation I can claim without any co-payment and link it to the operation claim. What can I say but this was AWESOME service that I was not aware off. Thank you for the great service, the caring manner in which you delt with the claim and asking how my Basset was on each call. This goes beyond just a medical aid for my Basset Hound, but the personal touch makes the big difference. Once again thank you for the awesome service.

Phone Miway to assist with a pickup truck as water leaking from the cars engine. Phone call was handled politely verified curtain details, if an automatic, dud i have a trailer etc. Goid questions. Gave the repair centre where the vehicle should go, I was advised of the distance etc. Tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. Very professional, quick and secured the vehicle and took pictures. Miway followed up and everything went so smoothly I'm very impressed with Miway from the time I took out insurance and now needed some assistance. Thank you for the exceptional service

KAMO TEANE, WOW who assist me in reviewing my policy. Very polite, knowable of the product, asked the right question to make sure I'm covered sufficiently. Rechecked that we agree. Solar panels and past review
I had 16 panels and batteries installed. System works fantastic and monitor it from my mobile phone. See how much KW are used etc etc. Fantastic system. Lax Energy, Tristan Goerts managed to secure a battery from Cape when stock came in and has installed the battery, reset my system and working great. The service and knowledge of the staff at Lax Energy is excellent and do they do a neat job and clean up. Wish all companies could work like they do. Tristan thanks for the excellent service and back up support. Any customer may look at my system and quality of installation for a reference if required. Once again, a relies on the battery supply from previous revue was out of your control. Great work and service Thank you.

Lax Energy Solar System
I had my solar installed by Lax Energy, great, a few electrical issues which took months to resolve as they are busy and paid electrian to assist Lax Energy. System working well. I ordered a extra battery in December 2022 and paid fully as per Triston request, today 6 the June 2023 have not received it although the battery is in their position as advised on the 21st May by Tristan Goetz. Tristan advised installation from the week ending 26th May 2023, He then rescheduled as he was busy and can they install Saturday, 27th May 2023. Then again rescheduled for the following week. It seems they did my installation which was around R300k. To finish it off, I'm ignored as other customer are more important. I have called and WhatsApp Tristan a few times but n reply and do not read the WhatsApp's. Is there after service any good once they have installed????

Trimtech Lawn Mowers
Trimtech Lawn Mower Bought a Trimtech lawnmower BS450 125cc at Builders Alberton 9th November, engine damage after 4 uses, Briggs & Stratton engine. Took the machine back to Builders Newmarket, on the 10th January 2018 ref Number 43701. Since then been discussing the issues with Trimtech and Builders a total of 11 times. Then contacted Trimtech myself after Andrew Law email sent to Builders Andrew Law of Trimtech say on wear and tear and only good of a town house, use 5 minutes a day maximum, more than that it will fail, repair or buy a 160 or 200cc one. My issue that I bought this machine, Andrew from Trimtech says, and deal with Builder their problem and yours. Andrew Law not interested to sort out problem or assist, talk to other dealers, Trimtech as not good machines; I paid R2798.00 for cutting short well-kept grass. Stay away from bad attitude and service TRIMTECH LAWN MOWER machines Trimtech Lawn mover’s lots of issues. FEEDBACK After Andrew Law of Trimtech Mowers, comments that the Trimtech BS450 125 cc I bought can only work for 5 minutes at a time, yes 5 minutes at a time and is for a very small lawn. Motors used Briggs and Stratton as per Andrew, are not good motors and use aluminium sleeves. Andrews comments are” Its builders and my issues and if Builders do not advise clients on lawn mower, that’s their problem. I asked Andrew if there is anything you can do and advise nothing, speak to Builders its there issue with me. Andrew is not friendly and very arrogant I asked why they don’t display this on their boxes lawn sizes or minutes the machine may run at a time. It not necessary he says. Builders Newmarket, Raymond has assist me and will refunded my money which I thank them and I’ll buy another machine, but not Trimtech lawn mower model. This is not the first issue Builders have had with Trimtech machines. Why does Builders support such a product? Thanks Builders and down with Trimtech Mowers.
