I placed an order for a couch with Layzee Lounge on December 26, 2024, and paid in full (R8132.50) with the hope that this would expedite the process. The website appeared professional, which initially gave me confidence in their service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
After numerous emails to their sales and marketing representative, Layla Bux, we only received a response 18 days later informing us that delivery to our location was not possible. She suggested issuing a refund, to which we agreed.
After three days of following up, we were finally asked to provide our banking details. Despite promptly doing so, we waited another four days (Response was received on Monday), only to be told that the refund would be processed on Friday. Friday came and went without the promised refund or any proof of payment.
To make matters worse, Layla has since ignored our calls, emails, and text messages. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing.
I cannot recommend Layzee Lounge based on my experience. Potential customers should be cautious when considering this company.
