1 star is actually too much Layla in the beginning was great. She rep**** to my online query within minutes and I was so impressed. She sent me the quote for the couch and I made the payment. Here's where the problem started. She didn't even acknowledge the email with my proof of payment. She didn't confirm that payment was received and that theh would start the process of making the couch. So I followed up with her and she said the could would take 8-12 days to be manufactured. I was fine with that. I made the payment for the couch on 23 May 2024 which mean my could should've been completed by 4 June 2024. When that time came she said nothing and instead asked for a pin location so that they can deliver my couch. 10 June came and I still had no couch and no update. Every time I tried to contact her should would not answer my calls or messages. She eventually tells me that she couldn't find a courier and we agreed she would refund me. It is now 28 June 2024 and she still has not refunded me. She's ignoring my call. I spoke to the owner of the manufacturer and he said he told Layle to refund me on 30th May because he knew courier would be an issue. Layla is incredibly unprofessional and lacks accountability. She's playing the victim as if I'm the problem for wanting back the 5k+ that she owes me. DO NOT BUY FROM HER. rather go straight to the manufacturer. Layla is not to be trusted
