At this point if I could rate 0/10 I would. Internet has been down well over a week. They do not respond to tickets at all. They do not follow up on phone calls you’re merely told they will escalate the ticket and absolutely nothing happens! The umthatha branch is absolute shambles, I’ve been waiting three days for a technician to call me. I’m spending R900 a month for an uncapped line that is completely dead. I don’t know how these guys are still in business!! Their after sales service is non existent and they don’t care for their customers at all
