I called a week ago and today they sent me a screenshot to say that they have no messages from me on their whatsapp line when I sent them the location twice. I waited a week for feedback and it never came. Agent then threatened to drop the line, stepped away from the phone without saying twice, and transferred the call without warning. Poor service and all I wanted was a quote.

At this point if I could rate 0/10 I would. Internet has been down well over a week. They do not respond to tickets at all. They do not follow up on phone calls you’re merely told they will escalate the ticket and absolutely nothing happens! The umthatha branch is absolute shambles, I’ve been waiting three days for a technician to call me. I’m spending R900 a month for an uncapped line that is completely dead. I don’t know how these guys are still in business!! Their after sales service is non existent and they don’t care for their customers at all

At this point if I could rate 0/10 I would. Internet has been down well over a week. They do not respond to tickets at all. Since the 1st of June I have not received the fast and reliable internet you've been repeatedly advertising on your website and Facebook page. Please explain why I have to phone technical support every 2nd day to report slow or zero connection to the internet??? I will await feedback and action on restoring the service we are paying for. Otherwise, I will no choice but to lodge a complaint with ICASA. I cannot for the life of me figure out how your business is still operating when your network is experiencing such frequent outages and customer service is crippled due to a complete lack of communication!

I've done a relocation on May 29th from border to Lcom. A few days later I noticed my connection was intermittent. I called Lcom and spoke to Kuda and without checking my connection he said he logged a ticket that Sunday. I called again the Tuesday and spoke to him again, he then said he will escalate the issue. I called again the Wednesday and spoke to Carl who checked my connection and found a problem and said he will get someone to come to my house. I then called again and Kuda heard my voice and dropped the call 3 times. I wrote a complaint on lcoms website then got a call from a guy named Willem. He told me they picked up an issue and they working on resolving it and to give him until the 10th. On the 8th I asked him for an update and he said he will check with no response thereafter. I've been disconnecting every 2 minutes and received no solution. The service from Lcom is pathetic and their staff is unprofessional and plain rude. I will never recommend Lcom to anyone and I don't know how they still in business.
