I've done a relocation on May 29th from border to Lcom. A few days later I noticed my connection was intermittent. I called Lcom and spoke to Kuda and without checking my connection he said he logged a ticket that Sunday. I called again the Tuesday and spoke to him again, he then said he will escalate the issue. I called again the Wednesday and spoke to Carl who checked my connection and found a problem and said he will get someone to come to my house. I then called again and Kuda heard my voice and dropped the call 3 times. I wrote a complaint on lcoms website then got a call from a guy named Willem. He told me they picked up an issue and they working on resolving it and to give him until the 10th. On the 8th I asked him for an update and he said he will check with no response thereafter. I've been disconnecting every 2 minutes and received no solution. The service from Lcom is pathetic and their staff is unprofessional and plain rude. I will never recommend Lcom to anyone and I don't know how they still in business.
