I placed an order almost a week ago and when I inquired about my order on email and whatsapp these people don't respond. This is a ****. They promise to deliver within 2 to 3 days and its 5 days with no feedback and no response. You can't get hold of these people.
This rain internet is the worse service provider. I have been struggling for months and these people just claim they are resetting the service when you call them. 5 minutes later they are done and the internet is still ****. They increased the price to over R600 but the internet gets worst every time. I would NOT recommend signing up with them cause no matter where you are it's like dialup waiting on things to load and a movie that's 2 hours takes you 8 hours to watch. Useless.
I am disgusted with these people. I've never seen such incompetence. Eezi move charged me over R43000 to relocate my things just to leave half of it at the pickup point. These people sent a small truck to move a full house and the truck was to small and I sent my list. Then sent the truck back an hour after I complained just to find out from the driver that my things will fall out of the truck. I then spoke to Kai who advised me that I will have to pay another R43000 if I want the rest of my things picked up as they didn't send packaging for Cutlery and Crockery. Half of my things is still at the pickup location and on top of that they charged me R2800 for a TV box rental. I've moved with Biddulphs before and they actually move everything without having to add Crockery and Cutlery knowing it's part of the house. The things on my list is still in another province. If I could I would give them no stars. They are unprofessional and shouldn't be moving people. Close your business.EEZI MOVE

I will not recommend Herotel Lcom Queenstown to anyone. These people are uneducated useless and they debit their clients accounts but can't provide a stable connection. I've been having issues since last week Wednesday, I've called their support several times and each agent give me a different reason. Also they don't assist at all and try and get me off the call instead of sending a technician to resolve the connection issue. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. This is not the 1st time I've struggled to get the service they promised. I sent a msg to their DOM wiehan.coetze who doesn't reply to msgs. This is pathetic. Their support team is untrained and logging tickets is a waste of time. Herotel should be out of business cause so many of their clients struggle with internet connection.

I went to russells Queenstown on Saturday morning. I placed an order for almost R30000. They advised me to wait until Wednesday as the floor stock is not good. I then agreed. Today my husband went and the sales lady refused to call her manager that was at the store around the corner as she was washing floors. He asked her to call her Manger and she refused and advised him she don't know where the order is this is the same lady who got the sale for my order. I sent an email to their head office in JHB and haven't received a response. This is bad customer service. This is one store I won't go to ever again.
3 weeks ago I contacted ok furniture 62 Cathcart road queenstown as I bought a washing machine 2 months ago from them and the machine didn't want to spin E6 error. They advised they will contact defy to send out a technician. A week later I called them and they had no feedback. I then got in contact with defy and they advised they will sort it out. Last week defy sent for a refund to OK furniture. I called the store and the store manager told me to call back in 20 minutes as she don't know how the credit / refunds work and I must call Thando. I called 30 minutes later and they advised me the guy Thando is not in today. I called a 3rd time and spoke to the supervisor and she hung up on me after she told me she also don't know the process. How can people work for a place or ever run a store and not know what's happening in the store. I will never buy from this store again after sale service is terrible and the people who work there will sell you things fast but when there is a problem they shift the blame and don't help. I am disgusted at the customer service. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
I bought my washing machine 2 months ago at OK furniture in queenstown. A defy 13 kg. For almost 2 weeks I get the error E6. I called OK furniture and they logged it last week Monday. I haven't heard anything from defy technicians. I send a email on their site and still no response. Defy charge so much for their appliances yet their service is terrible. I will never recommend defy to anyone.
