Since the 1st of June I have not received the fast and reliable internet you've been repeatedly advertising on your website and Facebook page. Please explain why I have to phone technical support every 2nd day to report slow or zero connection to the internet??? I will await feedback and action on restoring the service we are paying for. Otherwise, I will no choice but to lodge a complaint with ICASA. I cannot for the life of me figure out how your business is still operating when your network is experiencing such frequent outages and customer service is crippled due to a complete lack of communication!
