I purchased a pair of kids' sneakers online with cash, and two days later, I received a call from La Coq Sportif stating that the shoes were not in good condition. They offered to refund me, but requested that I provide proof of my account or a bank letter. I sent them an email with the necessary document attached. I have been waiting for the refund so that I can purchase sneakers elsewhere, as they did not fulfill their service to me. However, they are still refusing to return my money.
