I didn't even get the pleasure of entering the spa. Arrived there at 9h30 for my appointment and had to leave. They didn't have the keys so couldn't open up for business (they weren't prepared to go fetch the key!). THIS on Mother's Day. Extremely disappointed and horrified at the unprofessional staff. They didn't apologize, weren't even remotely accommodating and I haven't heard a peep from them after sending them email, facebook message, sms, etc. Irritated beyond belief by a supplier's attitude who's the ONLY supplier in Cape Town of this unique spa experience.
