I could rate them zero, I would.
This is the worst company you could ever have a contract with. All they do is take, take, take and their consultants are never helpful. The salespeople don’t give you important information; they simply lure you into buying their products.
I was promised non-stick pots, but the pots I received are extremely sticky. I chose to ignore it at the time. Then I was suddenly charged a bounce fee that I had no prior knowledge of. I only found out after a large amount of money was deducted from my account, I reversed the payment and I had to contact them for clarity, only for them to charge me for that as well.
I explained that I was never informed about any bounce fees and even went as far as changing my debit order date. I was told the fees would be cancelled. I have this on record, as I sent multiple emails with proof of payment and all the necessary documentation.
Seven months later, I discovered through my credit record that the charges were never cancelled and that I allegedly owe LeMorgen bounce fees.
They never call to assist or resolve issues they only call for promotional purposes, praising you as a “good payer” and trying to push more sales, all while damaging your credit record.
This has been an extremely frustrating and horrible experience.
