Very Happy with Lead Home
Penelope Hunter from lead home pulled a rabbit out the hat with the sale of our property. We struggled to get a buyer for the longest time with other agencies, and when we signed with Penelope, we got two solid offers in a matter of weeks. I commend her resilience, respect for her craft, and diligence. If you want someone who will get your house sold, reach out to her. 5/5 rating to her for working around the clock to ensure a sale.

Ignored Continuously!!!
We have repeatedly attempted to contact Lead Homes via email, whatsapp AND by phone calling, yet continues to go unanswered. Despite numerous follow-ups, we are consistently ignored, and the lack of communication is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, the information we have received from this agency has been misleading, leaving us feeling mismanaged and mistreated. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Lead Homes to anyone seeking reliable service. I am extremely upset by the lack of service!

Despite numerous follow-ups, we are consistently ignored, and the lack of communication is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, the information we have received from this agency has been misleading, leaving us feeling mismanaged and mistreated. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Lead Homes to anyone seeking reliable service. I am extremely upset by the lack of service!

Mismanagement of owner and tenant funds
Repeated billing errors, mismanagement of owner and tenant funds, misunderstanding of their own processes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability have resulted in ongoing financial confusion for both myself and my tenant. Despite multiple emails, LeadHome and Only Realty have failed to resolve the matter and are in breach of contract, which they have completely ignored notice of. I am incurring unnecessary legal fees to resolve this and recover what is owed. I contracted an agent to reduce my administrative burden of a rental property and to reduce the risk of needing lawyers if there were tenant issues. This has been (and still is) an administrative nightmare for me, unsettling for my tenant, and here I sit incurring lawyer fees to resolve the agency issues. I would absolutely not recommended LeadHome / Only Realty for rental property management!
