+- 10 year old Account hacked, Riot doesnt care

The title says it all, I don't post much on Redditdon't, but I don't know where to go anymore. I have sent through all the details I can remember, INCLUDING bank statements, all email confirmations on RP purchases and a photo of my bank card with in-game name and email just to prove it's my account.

All that I'm told is there is not enough info, and I can try and send more information to help. Aside from the usual questions, how else can I prove it's my account? The guy that hacked my account already tried to use the saved credit card on there, luckily n moved all the money out as soon as I saw I couldn't log on anymore.

The best thing about all of this is how someone logged into my account and changed the linked email, without any confirmation on my email. No one else has my login details and I have not signed into any funny sites with my league details.
