Pool water leak

I had a pool pipe leak in 2020. Fornex water leak came out. They saw the leak, replaced the pipes and motor of the pool. Last payment was done November 2020. Now 13 months later there is a new leak and the pool loosing water. I contact Ryan of Fornex just to inform me that the warentee was just for 12 months. I have to pay R1500 for them to detect where the leak are and then to fix the leak. Was it bad work done?
