Guardrisk insurance
I have a MMH top up. I bought a nissan almeira in 2020. In 2023 i was in an accident and the vehicle was written off. My primary insurance paid the market price to the company who did the finance and left me with a short fall. I lodged a claim with the Cmh top up, just to inform me that only R4719. 34 going to be paid to the financial company. According to cmh (traficc) i was under insured. The car was factory fitted with everything, nithing extra was fitted to the vehicle. The vehicle had a factory fitted radio. The professional insurance salesman did not informed me that i have to spesify anything as it was factory fitted and the top up insurance was done the day i received the vehicle from the dealership.

Top up insurance
I have a top up insurance with traffic. My car was written off in an accident. Now with pay out of the top up a reducules amount if just over R4719.34 was paid to mfc who did the finance. My other insurance at Hollard did pay the market value. A short fall of about R56 000. Traffic now ckaums that i was under insured as for instance the rafio was not spesied. The traffic policy was taken out at the dealership. The vehicle was as it came from the factory and nothing exstra was fitted. It was a standard factort fitted radio ext. Not even the trafic expert told me that i must specify anything. According to the policy detail the hole shortfall will be paid in case of a theft or written off in an accident. Why when you start to claim all this things come out that you was not award off Gaurdrisk insurance company Chm top-up ALS 11794

Pool water leak
I had a pool pipe leak in 2020. Fornex water leak came out. They saw the leak, replaced the pipes and motor of the pool. Last payment was done November 2020. Now 13 months later there is a new leak and the pool loosing water. I contact Ryan of Fornex just to inform me that the warentee was just for 12 months. I have to pay R1500 for them to detect where the leak are and then to fix the leak. Was it bad work done?

Quality pools
I had a fiber pool installated in 2005. 2020 when I removed the pvc cover I noticed that the pool lost a lot of water. I topped it up. It is still loosing water. I whatsapp the number on the webside to report it as it is under garentee for 20 years requisting someone to come and have a look as I dont see any cracks. The message was red, no reply was received. A few days later I phoned the number and a Mike answered. I explained the problem and he requisted an email on the problem with address. I send the email with all the information he requested as well the dates the pool was instolled and completed. A second email was send and no reply from Quality pools. I send a whatsapp as well asking if the emails was received and no respond o
