Well you can't complain about their service, because there is NO service.
Been waiting for a week for a response from Nicoleen on my request to book training for 5 delegates. I e-mailed, called several times. I even got a, promise that she would call me in the morning email, but never heard from her.
I even tried their info@learnfast.co.za e-mail, which was just sent to Nicoleen after I mentioned that I was not able to reach her.
They must have a lot of business that they don't care about providing a training course for 5 people.
There is a Rate Our Service, let our CEO know button that just takes you to their "Contact Us" page.
Don't want to know how they treat their customers if this is how a potential new customer is treated.
