Well you can't complain about their service, because there is NO service. Been waiting for a week for a response from Nicoleen on my request to book training for 5 delegates. I e-mailed, called several times. I even got a, promise that she would call me in the morning email, but never heard from her. I even tried their info@learnfast.co.za e-mail, which was just sent to Nicoleen after I mentioned that I was not able to reach her. They must have a lot of business that they don't care about providing a training course for 5 people. There is a Rate Our Service, let our CEO know button that just takes you to their "Contact Us" page. Don't want to know how they treat their customers if this is how a potential new customer is treated.

Did an accredited advanced word course in January 2022, submitted the POE in February 2022. Was advised up to 6 MONTHS for SETA and Certificates to be issued. 12 September 2022 and No Certificates issued. This Service is Horrific and Unacceptable. We are not in Covid, there is no excuse why it would take 7 months to get signatures and approvals.

If I could rate them in the minus I would. Had a course booked, they cancelled it in the last week, refused to refund my money. They offered an alternative date, which did not suit, so I declined. They still refused to refund my money, due to no fault of my own and without any justifiable reason. Eventually had to get a lawyer involved, after which I received a prompt refund. An absolute joke, and a bunch of thieves.

I went for training in February 2019, the training was great! But, I still to this day have not received my certificate, and every time I ask them, I get the same generic excuse: "We sncerely apologise for the delay in receiving all the SETA certificates. Since this is a credit bearing course the certificates of competency can only be issued after a SETA site verification. We are currently awaiting the next SETA site visit and will forward the certificates as soon as that is done. We are expecting the next site visit by no later than the last week of February 2020." This has been their generic excuse every time, they just keep changing the dates, it has almost been 2 years since I have done the course. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional would not recommend them, if you actually want a certificate of the course that you have done.

My company tasked me to get training for some of our employees and I came across a well suited course provided by Learnfast. Everything from obtaining the information to booking and receiving certificates for attendees was professional and their turnaround times are great!!! Thank you to everyone involved at Learnfast, I will definitely recommend you to others.

<p>If you want a successful training event then you need to steer clear of these incompotent people. You pay for a conference service, where a detailed list of requirements were given a week before the event date.</p> <p> </p> <p>The results? Shocking - and they treat customers like sh*t to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is a synopsis of what went wrong:</p> <p>1) Functin room was not setup upon arrival;</p> <p>2) Training room was dirty upon arrival - we (the customer) had to clean it;</p> <p>3) Room setup did not match that what we paid for;</p> <p>4) Water that these fools charge for is regular tap water outside in the corner - have you heard of tumblers and glasses on the tables??</p> <p>5) Pens, notepad, sweets, flipcharts that were paid for were not available in the room. When wqe asked for it, it was dumnped in the room the next day without setting it up properly. </p> <p>6) Data projector that we paid for, was not worthy of being billed for, it was another piece of low quality cr*p.;</p> <p>7) We had to ask 9 times for the aircom to be adjusted.</p> <p>8) We got locked into the room at 4:02 pm, even though we communicated the fact that we would be there until 4pm.</p> <p>9) My Executive clients had to climb through the windows to get out or risk missing their flights while LearnFast dis not give a rats ********** <p> </p> <p>Complaining to them has no effect, so one has to proceed with lawyers. </p> <p>No respect for customers whatsoever.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT USE LEARNFAST - clearly they cater for the riff raff that doesn't know any better!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
