I needed to purchase a product via a reseller and out of all the suppliers that I reviewed and made contact with, Learning Curve came out trumps. Their approach is seamless and consistent with their customers and needing all the detail to make sure I am informed before I make a significant purchase, Vicky Wyld was very patient and pleasant in her demeanor. She is impeccable in her approach so be sure to reach out to her with regards to anything software-related. My purchase was done and effected within 24-hours, so very grateful to her for that.

I am writing this review just to make people aware of what went on behind the scenes before these "e-Learning" books were published. I was asked to design and develop e-learning content and material for Eva Csernyanszky and Publisher "Learning Curve". These e-books contain tutorials and learning content for Adobe products such as, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and so on. We had an agreement in place: They would supply most, if not all of the necessary media, such as video files, illustrations, images etc for me to use to create and build constructive lessons. It took well over 6 months of my time to build 2 e-books from scratch with nothing to go on, in which, I must add, I had a lot of fun doing, I was up almost every single night, late, working, planning, creating, researching, bouncing ideas, brainstorming, you name it. As time went on, I ended up receiving very little of what they promised and the quality of the content was terrible and also random. The material I received was nothing that we had discussed. On top of it, I was never sent the cover page designs. This made it incredibly difficult to stick to the original plan. I made them aware of my concerns yet it did not seem to be an issue to them. Therefor, I did everything I could to create my own video files, photography and illustrations, (while holding a full time job). Throughout the development process, the feedback I was receiving was "Excellent work". Once I had delivered all the files well before the deadline, all of a sudden, they said the work was not of "Publishing Quality" and to this date, they have not paid me. Once I confronted them, they out right admitted that they were planning on stealing the content I had developed to use in the publications and "Cherry Pick" as they see fit. This is out right theft. I have all supporting evidence of this. Ofcourse, there are always 2 sides to a story, and their is a lot of it. This is my experience of dealing with this company. I feel deceived and manipulated. Just think twice before working with them, or purchasing the e-books they claim they have designed and developed as it certainly was not ethical or professional.
