Been impressed with the ongoing improvements on-app but the service from Saiusha has been prompt, always kind and very professional. I sincerely hope Naked have good succession plans for talented people like Saiusha and others that make the organisation and brand a success!
I purchased an eskom prepaid voucher via the VodaBucks store on the VodaPay Superapp. Having followed all the instructions to redeem the coupon, only to find that my municipality cannot be found on the USSD redemption journey. Totally frustrated and not knowing how else to make this work, I post here. As I write this, the voucher is due to expire in two days. Vodacom, please help me and also make this experience better for other customers

He is credible and constantly seeking to increase his disposition so that he offers the most appropriate solution for his clients. His impeccable manner and professionalism make it a pleasant experience. He treats every client as if it is his own.
While they do not have a physical presence, that doesn't stop them from complete online support. They do well to ensure they sell a good product at the best competitive price delivered in the best time possible. Despite the numerous questions I had, they were patient and professional in their approach. I will use them again :-)

Their approach is seamless and consistent with their customers and needing all the detail to make sure I am informed before I make a significant purchase, Vicky Wyld was very patient and pleasant in her demeanor. She is impeccable in her approach so be sure to reach out to her with regards to anything software-related. My purchase was done and effected within 24-hours, so very grateful to her for that.
One month prior to this note, I emailed and called Stephen from crystal wave airconditioning. I waited for a reply but to no avail. I then took the liberty as a client seeking a service to follow up on their behalf. Stephens attitude was not very accommodating not demonstrative of the very thing you need to do which is an ability to listen. I enquired on a link which is currently on their website. Having merely enquired about this very outdated information I found that Stephen argued his point across even after it is apparent that this piece of information dates back to 2013. Not only do I find this misleading for the consumer but it shows the inability for crystal wave to effectively communicate the correct message. Having got to the point where I found Stephen to be unwilling, I have decided to take my business to someone who will listen first and then advise rather make an impulsive decision which impacts negatively on crystal wave and those readers viewing this message. Stephen be patient, sensible and always listen to your clients. Always listen and listen with intent to your client. Your business would not be anything without them.
We met with Mohamed at the Beckers plant in April 2013 after we decided that the best way to deal with our enquiry was to go visit the showroom. We had initially done the research and were satisfied that I could burn anthracite 24/7 seeing that we lived in a relatively cooler area throughout the year. Not only was Mr Mohammed friendly in his approach but you could tell that he had confidence in both his experience and the product he was selling. Our decision to purchase the system was made and the team came out and installed the fireplace in a day. Some time later and we can say unreservedly, that purchasing a Beckers heater was the best investment we have made in the home thus far. Bearing in mind the grade of anthracite that you purchase is good, we now go fairly undisturbed during the winters. Beckers also recommends the best suppliers of anthracite as buying from any supplier proves inconsistent with the fireplace. The system must be serviced annually by the company to ensure that it works as intended.
