Have been using leatherman tools for the last 10 years. Went to give my leatherman and knives in at outdoor warehouse for a repair and service. Lady told me they have changed their policy. 1. You have to pay for each product its own courier 2. There's a handling fee on each one 3. If there's any thing broken you have to pay for the repair exstra
So what does your warranty cover and we're is the customer service gone?
Just buy any cheap brand multi tool if it breaks just throw it away
