If there were Negative stars I'd have chosen -10.
I paid a R20,000.00 deposit for a custom table 30 January '25. Close on 2 months later we got absolutely no feedback on the completed table and at the same time I received unexpected and unfortunate news on having to relocate to a smaller home which could not fit a pool table.
Over 20 emails have been sent for my deposit back - no table in sight no clear communication or assistance. The owner apparently "overseas" and not ONE team member knows of his date of return.
To top it off, I received an email clearly not for my eyes, stating that the table has in fact been RE-SOLD!! They blatantly confessed to a double sale on one table!! My deposit of 20K and God-knows how much from a new customer.
SHAMEFUL!
Still persisting to get my deposit back.
I am not at all shocked at the countless bad reviews.

Thank you and I am sorry to Lectron Bil****ds I felt I was not ever going to see the money again, bringing me to type a review on HP.
