Terrible service and unprofessionalism

Terrible Of you are a home seller, please dont put the buyer through this mess. My home was registered on the 19th of DEC 2024 the attorneys did not send the prove of registration to the estate. I could not get access to account or pay basics like water, electricity, and levies. We thought it was the managing agent at fault as we kept the leeuwner attorney in the mails. They had no automatic replays indicating out of office. When the escalation got to boiling point they just commented they were closed for the holiday season. When the info was shared with the managing agent, the attorney shared the incorrect information. Terrible as we had to fix it our self's .They are not professional, lacks service. If I ever buy a property again and they are the transfer attorneys, I will rather look for a different property.
