Zambezi Auto: The worst repair service lets take legal action

I had an extremely frustrating experience with my car repair at Legacy Auto Zambezi. What was supposed to be a six-week repair turned into four months, and when I finally got my car back, it had issues it never had before. The stop-start motor began malfunctioning, and eventually, the car broke down.

When I called BMW Assist, since my car was still under the motor plan, they found that the battery hadn't been fitted properly, and the exhaust had been tampered with and welded closed. I also pulled a tracker report, which shows that my car had been taken out of the repair center multiple times.

Many others have received horrific service from this center, and I would like to connect with others who have had similar issues so we can consider taking legal action. This experience has caused me significant emotional stress, financial expenses, and inconvenience.
