bad service from BMW Menlyn parts division

My mini needs a part to run.I contacted BWM Menlyn for the part and they did not have it in stock.To order the part you must pay first, then wait for the part to be delivered to the garage.Now i have mailed, phoned many times(Michael Ntshanga) and no joy.I need their banking details to do the payment and this they cannot do.In the meantime my car is standing since Saturday and they do not care to help their customers. I saw many complaints about this branch and seems they just don't care...
