Warning to future buyers: A signed OTP means nothing to this dealership. I signed an OTP for a motorcycle, supp**** all documents and had finance approved by their own F&I Manager. This after being dragged along for a week bring assured on more than one occasion that the bike was available for me when my finance gets approved. Then, 10 minutes before release, they phone me with the news that they sold the bike to a different buyer. They used my finance application as a backup plan, and then breached our good faith agreement the moment cash appeared. This 'Used Car Lot' behaviour from a premium BMW franchise is disgusting and shameful.

I have had the worst experience ever with BMW rustenburg, Nkagiseng is the worst ever manager, or supervisor he wasn’t clear. He called to yell at me that the price that was given was a mistake for an offer for the car, that I didn’t make after struggling so much to get approval of the letter for the purchase from BMW SA finance. I’m a high risk pregnant lady who have been dismissed and my condition disregarded. This Nkagiseng said Gloria and Hein made a mistake about the pricing for the car but he calls to yell at me as if I was the one who made the mistake. Now because BMW SA finance has approved, he says he wasn’t aware of this. How is that my fault? Why should he insist on breaking my credit. Forcing my hand on a trade in when we agreed on a sell out? Utterly disappointed

My car broke down and had to be towed to the nearest BMW Dealer, it happened to be BMW Rustenburg. When it became apparent that my car was going to need significant repairs, they arranged for a loan car to be driven to Sandton. They had my car for over three weeks, and then arranged for it to be dropped in Sandton and they collected the loan car. I'm not sure if that is standard service one should expect from a BMW dealer, but somehow I doubt it. Thank you to Fanie and Werner for great service.

When I took my car to BMW, it was drivable and could start, and I brought it there for the same issue for which I had paid R17 000 eight months prior. I now paid R13 000 and received my car back, but less than 24 hours later, my car no longer starts, and I'm told it has a different issue despite having paid for a vehicle test. I have since been informed that I must pay a further quantity of money—likely over R10,000—for this "new" fuel system that is in need of repair. I really drove the automobile around town for about 20 kilometers before realizing there was a fault that should have been discovered during a vehicle test the previous day. I don't like the services I received, and I need someone with more authority than the manager to listen to me. I paid R30,000 at BMW this year, and now my car won't start, and I have to tow it myself. I am seriously questioning the technicians' competence, and it is costing me a lot of money. My automobile was damaged by someone.

We had a problem with our car, BMW 320i, it has been showing a sign for low engine coolent, we took it to BMW Rustenburg, they did a pressure tester and found nothing, but the problem continued till we decided to take it back and they said there's a licking pipe. We paid for that pipe to be changed in March this year, within a month the problem continued, my husband decided to take it back so that they can check it again, they did another pressure test and found a problem which will cost us R12000, after that pressure test now the coolent is literally licking non stop,. My problem is: If the car was fixed in March. Why are we still having the same problem? Why do we have to pay again for something that was fixed? It clear that BMW didn't to their work properly, yet they want us to pay again. I feel like we are being ripped off for something that we already payed for. Please help us hello Peter.
