Warning to future buyers: A signed OTP means nothing to this dealership. I signed an OTP for a motorcycle, supp**** all documents and had finance approved by their own F&I Manager. This after being dragged along for a week bring assured on more than one occasion that the bike was available for me when my finance gets approved. Then, 10 minutes before release, they phone me with the news that they sold the bike to a different buyer. They used my finance application as a backup plan, and then breached our good faith agreement the moment cash appeared. This 'Used Car Lot' behaviour from a premium BMW franchise is disgusting and shameful.
Do not buy from them! The other reviews on here are spot on. You pay and then never receive your orders or any communication from them whatsoever. If they are out of business, why still take payments via their website? This is ******** enterprise and will be reported as such at the SAPS.
It was a pleasure dealing with Xander from Luxurytime. The communication, viewing and ultimate transaction were smooth and professional. I highly recommend them for any luxury watch purchase and will definitely make use of their services again.
I ordered from them twice and both times they sent me the wrong items. Logging a return is also a nightmare. I will not be buying from them again.
Andrew and Braydon are trustworthy, efficient and ethical in their business. I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend their services to any Volvo owner. I have always made use of Volvo dealerships for service and maintenance but will take my vehicle back to Pro Nordic without hesitation in future.
Utterly unethical, useless and incompetent at rendering services to the public. Avoid at all costs. I have had my car serviced at this dealership more than once. The first time was a dream come true, but since then they have "transformed" their staff and I am sad to say that the current state of affairs at this company is quite sad. I am not even able to get a simple quote for a repair from them within more than 4 weeks, after they themselves reach out to you to remind you that the service is due. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Just want to say thanks to Martin from Rosebank Sound Imports. My Bose Earphones had trouble connecting and the rubber started peeling. He replaced them without quesion even though my warranty had technically expired 3 months ago. This level of customer sevice is what makes lifetime customers our of clients - I will never buy anywhere else. If only other brands could adopt the same philosophy. Thanks Bose and Martin.
I recently bought a Jamie Oliver Pro 4 Gas Grill from braaiculture.com for the whole family to use at my mother’s 60th birthday party this past Sunday. As I left matters a little late and only ordered on Wednesday I was concerned that the braai would not be delivered by the weekend. However, I dealt with André who managed to make sure that the braai was delivered to my doorstep by Friday afternoon. Excellent 5 star service. Thank you so much! Hendrik
