Bad Service from Legal and Tax
I have been a loyal customer of the company for 3 years or maybe more but recently they made me unhappy they have a service called AL Lawyer that I been using regular when I have legal questions and for the past 3 year's or more the service have been available on my plan for my use recently the service have become unavailable now I have to resubscribe to the service for a extra R49 per month a service actually the only service I used regularly on legal and Tax I am not a happy Customer

21 Oct 2025, 13:53Thank You for the response an advisor of the Company also phoned me but as I communicated to the advisor and as Legal people I am sure you guys Understand that if you have service available to customers for so long and then it changes without being communicated well in advance that comes down to miss leading furthermore after receiving my documents there was nothing in the document's that showed I am not supposed to have AL Lawyer as a service because AL Lawyer is a subservice of legal advice witch I have on my policy if you as a company can change your original service's and subservices then it means tomorrow I could be be paying an extra subscription for any service available on the policy then then what would my policy payment of R260 then be for just to have a policy because it the documents said atleast something like AL Lawyer is a temporary service to the policy and will later have to be subscribed to it would be understandable.
